Online Purchase Return Policy
BonWorth makes returns and refunds easy. You may receive a refund by shipping the merchandise back to BonWorth or by returning the merchandise in person to one of our store locations. We gladly provide full refunds of the purchase price when merchandise is returned in original condition with the original payment receipt within 45 days.
We will use the credit card information on the original payment receipt to promptly issue full credit to the purchasing credit card. We do not refund shipping charges. For online exchanges, please make sure to indicate the size needed on your order form. If we have it in stock we will happily exchange this. If we no longer have this available a refund will be given.

Your name, address, phone number and the specifics of your refund request. The merchandise must be in its original condition. BonWorth is not responsible for any lost return packages.

With A Receipt

On purchases made with a check, refunds or due bills will only be issued 10 business days after the date of purchase.
Without A Receipt
Exchanges or store credit will be given a current selling price if returned within 45 days.
