We have had many emails asking what we meant by click the refresh button.   Well a little background for AOL users, sometimes AOL will cache or save webpages on thier servers thus making them load quicker for their customers but the pages aren't always the latest versions.  So with that in mind here are the ways to refresh a page with Internet Explorer and Netscape.  We hope you find this helpful.

In Internet Explorer there are two ways to refresh a page one is by clicking the Refresh button on the button menu.

The second is by clicking "View" then clicking refresh.

With Netscape Navigator it is very similar but the button is called "Reload"

Or by going once again to "View" then hitting "Reload".
